Delicately ethereal, and yet stunningly wearable, Silver Leaves is the brainchild of Kent-based jewellery designer Nicola Crawford.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, each piece is lovingly handmade by Nicola from recycled silver, semi precious stones, freshwater pearls and the finest Swarovski crystals. Exquisitely intricate detail is achieved by using a real leaf in every creation, meaning no two pieces are ever the same; each and every one is unique, exclusive, inimitable, and once gone it is gone forever...

An advocate of recycling and green materials, Nicola uses Precious Metal Clay; a material made from pure silver particles which have been extracted from a recyclable source, then mixed with an organic binder and water. When fired at the correct temperature, the binder burns away leaving a pure silver piece of jewellery. Findings and accessories are all in sterling silver, and larger items of jewellery are assayed and hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
