Please note that no two leaves are the same and semi precious stones have variations in colour and shape so each piece will be unique and special. As each piece is completely crafted by hand using real leaves they will have an organic feel to them and not a machine made look. All fine silver is Precious Metal Clay which is 99.9% pure silver and from a recycled source. Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver mixed with a copper alloy which makes it stronger than pure silver and is therefore used for chains, earring hooks, findings etc. Sterling is not from a recycled source.
Ordering
Payments can be made securely through this website, using paypal. Simply browse the website and click the add to basket button on any product that you wish to buy, you will then be directed to paypals secure payments site. You do not need to have an account with papal, a temporary account can be made.
You can also pay by cheque if required, please note cheques will need to be cleared before dispatch. Please make cheques payable to Nicola Crawford.
Postage
UK: Postage is free of charge and will require a signiture. Your jewellery will arrive gift boxed, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery as each piece is handmade to order, please contact Nicola if you require something sooner, she may be able to do this for you.
International: Sent by Airsure at a cost of £3.00, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Any additional charges incurred when arriving in your country will be at your cost
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please contact Nicola by email before sending the item back, then return it to her in its original unworn condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus postage costs. The item will be returned at your cost and remain your responsibility until it reaches her, insured postage is recommended. Unfortunately personalized and bespoke items cannot be returned also pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery Care
Fine silver and sterling silver are precious metals that are prone to tarnishing. Things that can speed this up are being in contact with perfume, soap or hairspray and perspiration. Silver can be polished up with a silver polishing cloth. Your jewellery should be kept in its box when not in use, should be removed before bed and before you shower, you shouldn't wear your jewellert when swimming. Silver Leaves jewellery is not suitable for small children.
